- Secure payment: Pay the required deposit—50% for intangible experiences. The remaining balance is charged after the service is completed. Messages stay within the platform until a booking is confirmed.
- Enjoy your experience: Rate and review your provider when it’s done.
For Providers
- Sign up & list: Create your account, complete KYC verification, and publish your service under the appropriate category. Use the Intangible parent category and its subcategories for non-physical experiences.
- Follow guidelines: Agree to our Code of Conduct and safety policies. Provide a pre-call link and social profiles for intangible bookings.
- Communicate & deliver: Respond quickly to booking requests, arrange details, and provide your service. Our system redacts contact information until bookings are confirmed.
- Get paid: After successful completion, receive the remaining balance (minus platform fees) automatically.
