Community Standards

  • Respectful Conduct: All members agree to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or hateful behaviour is not tolerated.
  • Transparent Communication: Providers must accurately describe their services and respond to guest inquiries promptly. Guests should be clear about their expectations and provide any necessary information in advance.
  • Fair Payment: Guests agree to pay the deposit at booking and the balance after the experience. Providers agree to deliver the experience as described.

Provider Verification
To ensure the safety of our community, providers offering intangible services must complete identity verification (KYC). This process helps protect guests from fraud and confirms that providers have the right to offer their services.

Dispute Resolution
If an issue arises during or after an experience, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours. We will mediate disputes fairly and, when appropriate, refund deposits or compensation based on evidence provided by both parties.

Reporting Concerns
If you encounter any behaviour that violates these standards, please report it to us immediately. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include suspension or removal from the platform.
